Job Title: Machine Designer

We are seeking a skilled Machine Designer to join our team at Power Bus Way Ltd. as a permanent employee.

Job Summary

The Machine Designer will be responsible for creating manufacturing instructions, user manuals, and assisting in the inspection of mechanical installations and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in finite element analysis (FEA), CAD design, and a strong understanding of machinery and components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create manufacturing instructions and user manuals
  • Assist in inspection of mechanical installations and construction projects
  • Assist in preparing design, drawings, and specifications
  • Design tools, moulds, jigs, and fixtures
  • Carry out mechanical tests and analyses of machines, components, and materials
  • Use CAD software to design and develop products
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Prepare and interpret engineering design, drawings, and specifications
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • College/CEGEP education
  • Strong understanding of machinery and components
  • Experience with CAD design and finite element analysis (FEA)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
