Job Description

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Sales and Trading team as a Global Equities Sales and Trading Co-op. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our Equity Sales Professionals and Traders in various tasks, including research, analysis, and communication with clients. You will also have the opportunity to work on special projects and contribute to the development of our trading floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in researching news and information sources to develop consolidated reports and information.
  • Support our Corporate Access Team in preparing marketing materials and events.
  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights to our Equity Sales Professionals and Traders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in special projects and contribute to the development of our trading floor.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a minimum of first year of a business/economics/finance or related degree.
  • Basic market knowledge and a demonstrated keen interest in capital markets.
  • Strong research abilities and excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Extremely motivated and able to take initiative in order to identify ways to add value and improve practices.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, business sense, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in high-pressure environments.
