Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

East Side is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage store finances
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
  • Establish work schedules and supervise store staff
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain store displays and visual merchandising
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of store staff
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment
Work Environment:

Our retail store is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods and move around the store frequently.
