As a Food and Beverage Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests at Tim Hortons. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Interaction: Welcome guests, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including daily specials.
- Order Management: Take customer orders and efficiently relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
- Service Excellence: Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring cleanliness of tables, trays, and chairs.
- Billing: Present bills to customers and process payments through various methods, including cash and credit cards.
- Customer Support: Address any questions or concerns regarding food and beverage offerings.
- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
- Work Schedule: This position typically requires a commitment of 30 hours per week.
