Senior Manufacturing Engineer/Manufacturing Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer/Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join our team at https://www.energyjobline.com/sitemap. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the manufacturing engineering team and overseeing the planning, control, and implementation of engineering work.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Project Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring timely completion of projects and meeting budgetary requirements.
Engineering Work: Establish and implement policies and procedures for engineering work, overseeing the analysis of data and information, and preparing reports as needed.
Advisory Role: Advise senior management on engineering-related matters, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal awareness, and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a large workload, requiring attention to detail and adaptability.
