Ecommerce Optimization Specialist

We are seeking an Ecommerce Analyst to join our growing team at Tribute Technology, a leading provider of end-of-life celebration solutions. As an Ecommerce Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving customer experiences through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities- Support the decision-making process by providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis and interpretation
- Collaborate with analytics, product, UX, and technical teams to develop and implement robust tracking and optimization strategies
- Provide Big Query support to enable SQL-based analysis of GA4 data
- Interpret behavioral data and analytics from multiple digital platforms, including email marketing and social media tools
- Develop and maintain advanced reporting dashboards to inform A/B test decision-making and key product milestones
- Troubleshoot tracking issues and make recommendations to improve strategy, depth, and feature set within our ecommerce data collection
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively
- Experience with data analysis tools, including GA4, Optimizely, PowerBI, Looker, and Google Tag Manager
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong business acumen and understanding of ecommerce principles and best practices
