Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Systems Optimization Specialist to join our team at Trans-United Consultants Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering and a proven track record of optimizing production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct studies to determine optimum inventory levels and utilization of machinery and resources
  • Design manufacturing systems to optimize the use of computer networks, robots and materials
  • Evaluate or assess industrial facilities to ensure that all opportunities for improvement have been explored
  • Find ways to eliminate wastefulness in production processes
  • Plan plant layouts and facilities
  • Conduct studies on the reliability and performance of plant facilities
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in manufacturing engineering
  • Strong knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) and MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
