This is a unique opportunity to join Amazon Development Centre Canada ULC as a seasoned Technical Program Manager. The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to build new products and brand experiences that will revolutionize the way people shop on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with product, design, science, operations, product marketing, and sales teams to develop and deliver new products and brand experiences.
- Develop and execute technical roadmaps to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Manage programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
- Build and evaluate system-level technical design to ensure high-quality products.
- Develop and report KPIs/SLAs to drive multi-million dollar businesses and inform senior leadership decisions.
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design.
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps.
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
