Life Enrichment Manager

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Life Enrichment Manager to join our team. As a Life Enrichment Manager, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents, fostering meaningful relationships, and promoting their overall well-being.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate resident interests and involvement in daily life skills
- Develop personalized life skills programs tailored to each resident's unique needs and abilities
- Engage residents in life skills activities throughout the day and evening
- Assist in maintaining an inventory of life skills programming supplies
- Provide daily care for residents' animals and/or plants as part of the life skills program
- One year of experience working with memory-impaired seniors
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification(s) may be required per state regulations
- Ability to motivate and encourage residents, adapt life skills to their cognitive and functional abilities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions
