About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Analyst to join our team at Three UK. As a Data Insights Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions by utilizing customer information and transforming it into actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, analytics, and data science, as well as excellent business knowledge. You will be responsible for delivering new analytics and insights, developing new products, and working closely with business teams to shape demand and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Insight Generation: Develop pro-active and innovative analysis to support commercial objectives, including understanding customer behavior and preferences.
  • Data Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new data products and cloud data platforms, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
  • Business Partnership: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Analytics and Data Visualization: Design and implement data visualizations and analytics to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrate a deep understanding of business operations, including commercial and customer objectives.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in coding languages such as SQL, KQL, and querying large data environments (Snowflake and Azure Data Explorer).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
