Inside Sales Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Philips. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Philips remains competitive in the market.
Requirements:
- Bilingual capabilities in English and French (preferably familiarity with Québécois); Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Understanding of CRM concepts to manage accounts; experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or equivalent.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Pay Transparency Details:
The pay range for this position is $39,000 to $56,000. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
