Job Title: Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team at Foilcon. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for architecting, building, and deploying enterprise-scale Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop Power BI solutions to support business decision-making
  • Develop and implement Power BI governance framework and associated SDLC processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and document interface specifications
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric in a hub-and-spoke model
  • 2+ years of experience with outlining policy, processes, and standard operating procedures related to Power BI projects
  • 5+ years of experience with MS Power BI Desktop, MS Power BI Dataflows, MS Power BI Report Builder, MS Power Automate, Tabular Editor, DAX Studio, and VertiPaq Analyzer
Deliverables:
  • Policy and process documentation
  • Power BI proof-of-concepts and solutions
  • Documentation templates to support development, validation, and deployment
Knowledge Transfer:
  • Ensure full knowledge transfer of technical and process-related work to the Ontario Health team
  • Provide all related documentation as part of the knowledge transfer protocol
