Customer Service Team Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Customer Service team at the St. John's International Airport (YYT) base. As a key member of our Executive Aviation team, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading the above-wing experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage a team of Customer Service Agents to ensure seamless customer experience
- Coordinate with airline partners and team members to ensure efficient operations
- Logistically plan and order supplies to meet customer needs
- Review flight logs to ensure accurate billing and tracking
- Track passenger counts and submit monthly reports to airport authorities
- Attend airport meetings with Station Manager to discuss operational challenges
- Update IFIDS and complete daily ops logs in Vortex
- Ensure all baggage deliveries are completed and international packages are prepared and stocked
- Complete shift planning board and work positively with airline crew
- Ability to work outside in all types of weather
- Update monthly information and tips board
- Order airline-specific stock and handle lost and found items according to airline procedures
Requirements
- 2 years' Counter Agent experience with gradual increase in responsibilities
- RAIC/Security Clearance pass
- Strong customer service skills and great attention to detail
- Previous experience managing/building a schedule would be an asset
