Job Title: Course Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Course Coordinator to join our team at Yukon Learn Society.

Job Summary:

The Course Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and formatting page presentations, compiling data and statistics, and providing general information to clients and the public. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and format page presentations
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Provide general information to clients and the public
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Database software, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Reader, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Windows
