Job Summary

Nuvo is seeking a skilled Banquet Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of banquets and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement event plans to meet client expectations
    • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Staff Supervision and Training
    • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Ensure staff are equipped to provide exceptional customer service
  • Food and Beverage Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the preparation and portioning of food
    • Prepare and submit reports on food sales, stock, and wastage
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on event sales, stock, and wastage
    • Maintain accurate records of event details and client information
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week
  • Permanent position
