- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and timely delivery.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Hire Food Service Staff: Recruit and hire qualified food service staff to meet the needs of our events.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare and submit accurate budget and cost estimates for events.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly to customer complaints or concerns, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
- Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports on event performance and staff productivity.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent position with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
