Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance on product offerings.
  • Assist in the presentation of merchandise.
  • Welcome customers and discuss their needs regarding products or services.
  • Prepare items for sale or lease.
  • Supervise baking staff and kitchen personnel.
  • Inspect food preparation and service areas.
  • Ensure product quality meets established standards.
  • Prepare various baked goods including doughs and batters.
  • Address customer dietary needs, including allergies.
  • Organize and manage inventory effectively.
  • Operate baking machinery.
  • Oversee the sales and merchandising of baked products.
Supervision

Responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
