Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing a superior experience to our valued customers, engaging them in conversation to understand their needs and desires, and presenting merchandise to share detailed information regarding features and benefits of products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires
  2. Presentation of merchandise and sharing detailed information regarding features and benefits of products
  3. Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options
  4. Meet individual and team sales goals
Requirements
  1. A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives
  2. Strong customer service, sales, retail and/or jewellery experience
  3. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  4. A positive, customer-focused approach in delivering an exceptional customer experience
  5. Strong communication and relational skills
