Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Build It Back. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the work site is a safe and healthy environment for all employees.
  • Estimate and Requisition: Estimate costs and materials, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Leading and Instructing: Lead and instruct individuals, and recommend personnel actions as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Site Environment: Outdoors, noisy.
