Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Director to join our team at the Government of Canada - Central. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing our operations, ensuring the effective implementation of our policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement organizational strategies to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of senior staff, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful execution of our programs.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and other external partners.
- Manage and oversee the development of our budget, ensuring the effective allocation of resources to achieve our objectives.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure the continuous improvement of our team.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a government or public sector organization.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position, working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results. The successful candidate will be required to work in a office setting, with occasional travel to meet with stakeholders and attend meetings.
