Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of Collections Specialists, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Manage and verify the accuracy of team members' timekeeping on UKG.
- Facilitate ongoing training programs to ensure the professional growth and development of each team member.
- Effectively handle and de-escalate customer complaints, maintaining a positive company image.
- Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings to review individual performance and set objectives for team members.
- Generate and submit accurate daily productivity forecasts for the team.
- Compile and prepare comprehensive daily reports to track team progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Address minor policy infractions promptly and escalate significant issues according to company protocol.
- Achieve personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while setting an example for the team.
- Conduct thorough reviews of accounts to identify and escalate suspected fraudulent activity to management.
- Excellent organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team to meet and exceed targets, with a focus on motivation, training, and development.
- A proven track record of strong performance in collections or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of the collections industry, including processes, best practices, and technological tools.
