Intermediate Building Mechanical Engineer

As an Intermediate Building Mechanical Engineer, you will work on a variety of stimulating projects, collaborating with a high-performance team to design and develop building mechanical systems. Your technical expertise and curiosity will be valued as you contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop HVAC and plumbing systems for factories and laboratories.
  • Design factory utility systems, including steam, hydronic networks, compressed air, and clean gas.
  • Prepare technical specifications and studies, including principle studies, feasibility studies, and preliminary design.
  • Conduct surveys of existing installations, improve existing systems, and develop new solutions.
  • Evaluate building mechanical construction cost budgets.
  • Participate in site monitoring and services during construction.
  • Conduct energy optimization studies.
  • Manage projects and develop relationships with clients to understand their needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec.
  • 2-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in consulting engineering and/or in a factory in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or food fields is an asset.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and specialized software, such as AutoCAD and Revit.
