Job Title: Renovation Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Renovation Carpenter to join our team at DALDONGNAE HOLDINGS INC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for renovating and repairing buildings to meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed estimates of labour and material costs for renovation projects
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
  • Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in renovation and construction
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 hours per week
Work Environment:

Our team works in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to complete renovation projects.
