Job Title: Renovation Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Renovation Carpenter to join our team at DALDONGNAE HOLDINGS INC. As a Renovation Carpenter, you will be responsible for renovating and repairing buildings, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and meets the company's quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs
  • Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
  • Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 hours per week
Work Environment:

The work environment is commercial and renovation-focused. Public transportation is available. The job requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional bending and crouching. Tight deadlines are a regular occurrence.
