We are seeking a Regulated Pharmacy Technician to join our team at our location in Campbell River, BC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and transcribe verbal prescriptions from practitioners.
  • Transfer prescriptions to and receive prescriptions from other pharmacies.
  • Ensure that a prescription is complete and authentic.
  • Verify the accuracy and perform the final check of a prepared prescription.
  • Perform all technical functions of dispensing prescriptions.
  • Support and maintain dispensary and front store (OTC) operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Adhere to merchandising programs, operational procedures, and company policies.
  • Direct Pharmacy Assistants and Clerks in the dispensary activities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A Regulated Pharmacy Technician licence and good standing with the College of Pharmacists of BC.
  • Pharmacy dispensary experience or Kroll computer experience is an asset.

Compensation Details:

$31.50

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
