Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Edo Japan Wye Rd. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and package take-out food, portion and wrap foods, and replenish condiments and supplies as needed.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and kitchen areas, and remove trash and recyclables.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service, and provide support during peak periods.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, and standing for extended periods.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
