- Analyze financial statements, cash flow projections, and market research to inform investment decisions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of macroeconomic factors and their potential impact on investment opportunities.
- Assist in the development and execution of our investment strategy, aligning with corporate goals and risk appetite.
- Identify and recommend new investment opportunities in renewable energy, traditional power generation, and other utility-related assets.
- Monitor and report on the performance of existing investments, including financial performance and market positioning.
- Provide recommendations for portfolio optimization, including divestitures, reinvestments, and strategic partnerships.
- Lead and participate in due diligence processes, including financial, operational, and legal reviews of potential investment opportunities.
- Prepare and present detailed investment analysis and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
