Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Site Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction teams, including subcontractors and staff, to ensure compliance with project plans and safety protocols.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing delays and cost overruns.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work outdoors and may be required to travel to project sites.
