Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Grocery Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a Grocery Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Zoning and organizing the grocery department to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
  • Rotating stock and checking for expired products to maintain a high level of product freshness and quality.
  • Ensuring merchandise is properly signed and priced to prevent errors and discrepancies.
  • Following food safety and handling procedures, as well as sanitation and cleaning protocols, to maintain a clean and safe store environment.
  • Processing orders, managing clearance and markdowns, and applying product protection measures as needed.
  • Ensuring the department is fully stocked and ready for business, and that all merchandise is properly displayed and signed.
  • Following health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Stocking merchandise, picking, and downstocking as required, and applying product protection measures when necessary.
