Carpenter - Building Structures

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Premium Modern Homes Ltd. as a Framing Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing estimates of labour and/or material costs, reading blueprints, and preparing layouts in conformance to building codes.
Key Responsibilities- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials.
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems.
- Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware.
- Maintaining, repairing and renovating residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the trade.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
