Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Implement visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Monitor and control store expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement business strategies.
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of leadership and or supervisory experience in a retail environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High School graduate or GED equivalent.
