The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also have strong attention to detail and be able to multitask. The Sales Team Lead will participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people and will develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.

The Sales Team Lead will also provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers. They will facilitate access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers. The Sales Team Lead will work 35 hours per week and will be fluent in English.
