• Execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across diverse platforms, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Maintain a results-oriented approach, meticulously tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and leveraging analytics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate seamlessly within a dynamic team environment, fostering strong communication and coordination across various departments and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the mountain resort industry, including competitive landscape analysis and target audience insights.

• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, adept at interpreting performance metrics and generating actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within teams and with external partners.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google AdWords, Adobe Creative Suite).
• A genuine passion for outdoor recreation, such as skiing, snowboarding, biking, or golf, is highly desirable.
