Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Technologist to join our team at William Osler Health System. As a key member of our Diagnostic Imaging Department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and producing diagnostic images that aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and produce diagnostic images that meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Use independent judgment and systematic problem-solving methods to produce high-quality diagnostic information and deliver excellent patient care.
  • Perform patient assessments and participate in the accurate maintenance of patient records.
  • Assist with special procedures and other related duties as required.
Requirements
  • Current registration with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists in Ontario.
  • Graduate of an approved program in Radiological Technology.
  • Competent in the production of quality radiographs/images.
  • Working knowledge of CR/PACS/DR preferred.
  • Excellent patient care skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and independently when necessary.
  • Excellent team-building and communication skills.
  • Previous hospital experience an asset.
  • Excellent attendance and work record.
  • May be required to travel between and work at all hospital campuses.
