About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable individual to join our team as a Construction Site Supervisor at A.A.G Services (Construction & Renovation) LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 3-4 people to ensure the successful completion of construction projects.
  • Project Coordination
    • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit production and other reports as required.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site.
  • Training and Development
    • Train or arrange for training for apprentices and other team members.
  • Recruitment and Staffing
    • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Organized and reliable with excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Able to work well in a team environment.
    • Proficient in CADD and other computer software systems.
Working Conditions
  • Work Setting
    • Varies, including construction sites and offices.
  • Work Hours
    • 35 hours per week.
