As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our retail environment. Your leadership will guide a team dedicated to providing exceptional service and maintaining operational excellence.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role is necessary.
- Oversee and manage staff, including apprentices and design teams, ensuring effective performance and collaboration.
- Conduct hiring processes and facilitate training programs for new and existing employees.
- Authorize and manage payment transactions.
- Coordinate the ordering of merchandise to maintain stock levels.
- Engage in the direct sale of merchandise to customers.
- Supervise and organize the daily activities of team members to enhance productivity.
This is a permanent position with a commitment of 30 hours per week. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
