Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Shell Canada. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and develop a team of retail sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory levels.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliability, accuracy, and efficiency in performing duties.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
