We are seeking driven sales professionals to enhance our successful sales team in the expanding home improvement sector. Our Design Consultants visit pre-scheduled appointments in residential settings to deliver compelling sales presentations. They equip homeowners with all necessary information to facilitate a same-day decision regarding their window and door replacement needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel from your home to company-scheduled, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners in the local area - no cold calling or door-to-door outreach
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide tailored quotes during in-home consultations
- Utilize a value-driven sales approach characterized by transparency and integrity
- Participate in training sessions and regular sales meetings
- Perform additional tasks as required
Required Qualifications:
- Possess a valid driver's license (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel up to 2.5 hours for daily appointments (mandatory)
- Ability to lift and transport sample materials weighing 40-60 lbs. (mandatory)
- Proficient in using various applications on an iPad (mandatory)
- Prior experience in outside sales is advantageous
- Open to learning a structured and proven sales methodology
- Strong motivation and capability to close sales
Compensation and Benefits:
- Paid training program lasting 9 weeks with ongoing coaching and mentorship
- Uncapped commission structure with current consultants earning between $150,000 and $300,000+
- Performance-based bonus opportunities

Work Schedule:
- Flexible weekly schedule
- Availability for evening and weekend appointments (mandatory)
