About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Sustainability Leader to join our team at Arc'teryx Limited. As the Vice President of Sustainability, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our global sustainability strategy, driving positive change across our organization, and fostering a culture of commitment to our vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sustainability roadmap out to 2028, aligning with our organizational strategy and goals.
  • Lead a high-performing sustainability leadership team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into product development, supply chain management, and corporate operations.
  • Act as a cultural leader, fostering trust and transparency of our sustainability practices throughout the company and advocating for our core values and behaviors.
  • Partner with Arc'teryx senior leadership to seamlessly integrate sustainability into our organizational strategy, driving innovation and change leadership.
  • Collaborate with external organizations and industry leaders to advance sustainability efforts and drive industry-wide change.
Requirements
  • 15+ years' experience in leading brand sustainability programs, with a degree in sustainability, environmental science, or a related field.
  • Advanced education in a focused area, with a strong understanding of chemical, materials, and product environmental impacts.
  • Experience with complex project management, including coordinating multi-stakeholder interests and cross-functional teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to make decisions and take calculated risks.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable, with a passion for sustainability and a commitment to ongoing learning.
What We Offer
