Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional health services.
About the Role:- Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of illnesses and diseases, including acute and chronic cardio-respiratory conditions.
- Work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
- Conduct ongoing assessments and develop treatment plans to enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

- Teaching and communication skills, including the ability to teach clients and others both one-on-one and in groups.
- Knowledge integration skills, including the ability to integrate best practice and current research evidence to support professional practice decisions and actions.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to integrate and evaluate pertinent data to problem-solve and make decisions effectively.
