We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Manager to join our team at Little Caesars. - Customer Satisfaction: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
- Catering and Events: Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
As a Restaurant Manager at Little Caesars, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads. However, you will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Requirements- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, and ability to multitask.
This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
