Job Responsibilities

AIM-Recyclage is seeking a Scale Operations Clerk for its Granby site. The Scale Operations Clerk will be responsible for overseeing the receipt and dispatch of materials through the entry and exit of trucks and trailers. This role includes weighing equipment, issuing weight tickets, and providing excellent customer service.

Welcome customers upon arrival; Accurately weigh incoming and outgoing materials; Record delivery notes in the system; Handle phone inquiries and direct them appropriately; Prepare necessary shipping documentation; Monitor material shipments; Generate reports as required.

Required Qualifications

Experience in customer service roles; Background in the transportation industry (preferred); Proficient in Excel.

Desired Skills

Attention to detail; Strong communication abilities; Exceptional customer service skills; Proficient with software and computer systems; Strong mental arithmetic skills.

Additional Information

Work schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, structured as follows:
(Tuesday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 12 PM) Overtime compensation at time and a half after 40 hours; Full-time, permanent position with guaranteed job security
