**Description du poste**:
Il s'agit d'un poste à temps plein sur place à

Granby, au Québec, pour un technicien en contrôle qualité. Le technicien en

contrôle qualité effectuera des vérifications de contrôle qualité sur les

produits entrants et sortants, réalisera des tests en laboratoire et veillera

au respect des normes réglementaires.

Compétences analytiques

Un diplôme en science alimentaire, en

microbiologie ou dans un domaine connexe est préféré

Expérience avec HACCP ou d'autres programmes de

sécurité alimentaire

Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et

en équipe

Grande attention aux détails et compétences

organisationnelles

Une expérience dans l'industrie des fruits de mer

est un plus

**Responsabilités**:
Responsable de l'inspection pré opérationnelle de

l'usine.

Assure l'efficacité des méthodes de nettoyage.

Fournir une formation en hygiène aux nouveaux

employés.

Responsable de l'inspection des matières premières

et du taux de glaçage des matières premières.

Responsable de la vérification des détecteurs de

métaux, des balances et des couteaux.

Responsable de l'inspection du produit fini

(sensorielle, poids net, étiquetage).

Responsable de la vérification de l'emballage du

produit fini.

Responsable de la détention physique et de

l'identification des produits non conformes.

Responsable de l'inspection des produits chimiques

à réception.

Responsable de l'échantillonnage des produits

nécessitant une analyse spécialisée pour les produits transformés.

Chargé de vérifier les concentrations chimiques.

Inspecte et complète les registres de casse de

verre.

Complète les rapports de production.

Lagoon Seafood et Aliments Azure is a privately held corporation headquartered in Granby ,QC, Canada. We specialize in distributing, importing, exporting, and processing frozen and fresh fish and seafood products. We have over 600 SKUs under our belt and distribute our products to some of the top food service and retail chains nationally and internationally.

**Role Description**:
This is a full-time on-site role in GRANBY, QC for a Quality Control Technician. The Quality Control Technician will conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products, perform laboratory tests, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

**Qualifications**:
Quality Control, Quality Assurance

Analytical Skills

A degree or diploma in food science, microbiology, or a related field is preferred

Experience with HACCP or other food safety programs

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience in the seafood industry is a plus

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for pre-operational inspection of the plant.

Ensures the effectiveness of cleaning methods with the help of swabs.

Provide hygiene training for new employees.

Responsible for inspection of raw materials and glazing rate of raw materials

Responsible for checking metal detectors, scales, and knives.

Responsible for finished product inspection (sensory, net weight, labeling).

Responsible for checking the finished product packaging.

Responsible for the physical detention and identification of non-conforming products.

Responsible for inspection of chemical products upon receipt

Responsible for sampling products requiring specialized analysis for processed products.

In charge of verifying chemical concentrations.

Inspects and completes glass breakage records.

Completes production reports.
