- Prepare and issue invoices to clients, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Maintain billable targets as set by CEO/COO, driving business growth and revenue.
- Undertake occasional travel to destinations as needed, representing the company with professionalism and poise.
- Provide excellent levels of service to internal and external clients, exceeding expectations and building trust.
- Perform additional tasks as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant contaminated sites/reclamation/natural sciences experience in environmental consulting in BC, with 5+ years of project management experience.
- Technical diploma or degree in a related discipline, such as environmental science or a related field.
- Possesses a recognized accredited professional designation (e.g., P.Eng, P.Geo, P.Chem, P.Ag. etc.) recognized in BC, or the ability to acquire one.
- Experience in contaminated sites on urban sites, with extensive knowledge of provincial and federal environmental regulations and guidelines.
- Experience in managing technically complex projects, working with a dynamic team, and overseeing cost controls.
- Energy, intelligence, and integrity, with a relentless drive for exceptional client experience.
- Experience managing and working with a multi-disciplinary team, promoting collaboration and innovation.
- Reliable attention to details that matter most, accuracy-driven, and professional organizational skills.
