We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Control Consultant to join our team as an independent contractor. As a key member of our Risk Consulting Division, you will play a critical role in helping our clients mitigate risks and reduce exposures.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct insurance-based inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies for mitigation.
- Provide consultative services to clients to help them understand and manage their risks.
- Develop and implement risk reduction plans to minimize losses and claims.
- Collaborate with clients to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhanced risk management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in risk control and mitigation.
- 7, 10, 20+ years of direct experience in risk control, insurance inspections, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer software and technology.
- Bi-lingual (English & French) is highly preferred.
