About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Courier Van Driver to join our team at VC Courier Service Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and Pick Up: Safely transport packages and parcels to customers and pick up items from various locations.
  • Operate Vehicles: Drive courier vans and light trucks to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Communication: Receive and relay information to central dispatch and maintain accurate records of deliveries.
  • Package Handling: Sort and organize packages for delivery, ensuring they are properly labeled and secured.
  • Navigation: Follow directions and read maps to navigate through routes efficiently.
Requirements
  • License: Possess a valid Class 5/5F/G License (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate attention to detail, punctuality, and a team player attitude.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a delivery driver is an asset.
Work Environment
