- Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through effective management of front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
- Financial Management: Manage hotel finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Team Development: Identify and develop talent within the team, providing training and coaching to enhance skills and performance.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of success.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
