Executive Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our client's team in Carlisle. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring the smooth running of our offices and sites, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of 260+ staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee staff development and training, ensuring that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Liaise with the Director to discuss upcoming projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging your knowledge of business administration and process improvement principles.
- Manage multiple offices and sites, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between teams.
- Work closely with staff to motivate and inspire them, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of leadership and management experience, with a strong focus on business growth and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, stakeholders, and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Knowledge of business administration and process improvement principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business growth.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
