UAP VL is seeking a dedicated Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our heavy-duty division, Saniquip. Our company specializes in providing and equipping sanitation vehicles, including rear-, front-, and side-loading trucks, as well as truck pourers and container components.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a technical authority in sanitation vehicle products, assisting the sales and customer service teams by addressing customer inquiries. Proficiency in hydraulic systems is a valuable asset.
- Conducting customer visits as necessary to foster new business opportunities.
- Delivering presentations and participating in conferences for industry associations.
- Playing a key role in the creation and enhancement of the division's technical training initiatives.
- Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor offerings to aid in the growth of our division.
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- Technical knowledge in heavy vehicle components (preferred).
- A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Fluency in both English and French.
