Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction General Manager to join our team at Aspire Construction Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting
  • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, and supervisors
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and quality
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and contractors
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
